Blac Chyna Granted Temporary Restraining Order Against Rob Kardashian

There has been a lot of drama swarming around Blac Chyna and reality television star Rob Kardashian this week as Rob claimed that Chyna was unfaithful and proceeded to leak explicit images of her on the internet. In response, Blac Chyna filed to have a temporary restraining order placed on Kardashian, barring him from any contact with Chyna.

Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, told ABC News outside the courthouse, "In court this morning, we had a complete and total victory. The judge gave us everything we asked for."

The temporary restraining order was placed by Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner James E. Blancarte and is valid pending a court hearing set for August 8th. This restraining order not only prevents Kardashian from having any physical contact with Chyna, but also prohibits him from further slandering Chyna on social media. Blancarte stated that he was deeply concerned for the safety of Kardashian and Chyna’s infant daughter.

Attorney Bloom has called Kardashian a cyber bully, stemming from the outburst of hatred he expressed towards China through his Instagram and Twitter accounts.

"As we have said all along, revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse. It is also a crime in California and 38 other states. And it's a civil wrong," Bloom remarked.

Rob Kardashian did not appear at the court hearing, but his lawyer, Robert Shapiro, was outside the courthouse and expressed apologies on behalf of Rob.

"I personally, on Mr. Kardashian's behalf, apologized and offered our regrets for what has taken place in the past couple of days," he said. "Now we move forward to do one thing and one thing only: Whatever's in the best interest of this child."

Shapiro also stated that Kardashian is willing to fully abide with the rules of the restraining order, and continued to say that their daughter, Dream, is currently in Kardashian’s custody.

"I'm just going to get back to co-parenting Dream," said Chyna.
