The Water Crisis in the Golden State

For nonresidents of California, it is easy to pass the modest six-cylinder that juts out a field in the rural suburbs of California. The Rowlands comprises of two areas with an estimated population between half a million to one million people in the central valley in California. These people often have a lot of trouble finding water or have water that is below the standards that have been set out by the federal authorities. This area has been occupied by residents who are mostly retirees since 1974.
