Samsung is launching rewards program for its Samsung Pay platform

Samsung has announced that it is launching a rewards program for its Samsung Pay mobile payment platform. The program will unfold perks for Samsung Pay users whenever they use the service - both at retail and online - in the US.

The Samsung Pay rewards program is called the Samsung Rewards program, and is chiefly aim at encouraging people to use the Samsung Pay service. Under the program, reward points will be given to Samsung Pay users on all the purchases that they make via the mobile payment system.

The points which Samsung Pay users accumulate with each purchase would go towards bonuses, which will include other Samsung products, a Visa prepaid card, and gift cards for some select retail stores. In addition, users of the mobile payment platform can also enter giveaways; with loyalty tiers unfolding point multipliers to reward frequent shoppers.

Moreover, the Samsung Rewards program will also offer 'Instant Win' prizes to Samsung Pay users; with the first such prize being a trip for two to Napa Valley.
According to reports, the Samsung Rewards program will likely be rolled out by Samsung this week, when the company starts giving perks to Samsung Pay users. The program would apparently expand to include everything from Samsung's website through to S Health.
