Lenovo aiming at Entry level customers with low cost Moto Smartphones

Lenovo is planning to improve acceptance of Moto C and C Plus smartphones among entry level customers. The company recently announced Moto G5 Plus at an impressive price. According to a report published by VentureBeat, Lenovo is aiming at improving its customer base with low cost phones. Moto C and Moto C Plus could compete in low cost range.

As per initial reports, Moto C could offer non-HD display with 5-inch screen. Moto C Plus could support 720p resolution. Moto G Plus phone would also offer LTE connectivity. Moto C would support only 4G and 3G connections.

Lenovo could offer 2 megapixel front camera in both smartphones. The back camera for Moto C could be 5 megapixel while back camera for Moto C Plus could offer 8 megapixel resolution.

Lenovo is also planning to offer 4,000 mAh battery in Moto C Plus. For Moto C, the company would offer 2,350 mAh battery.

As per a report published by The Verge, “All models of both phones will be powered by MediaTek processors, another step back from the Snapdragon 625 that’s proven to be an superb performer in the Moto Z Play and Moto G5.”
