HTC’s leaked HTC Ocean Note: at a glance

Taiwanese consumer electronics manufacturer HTC has yet to announce its devices for the year 2017, but the Internet is already awash with reports about the company’s “Ocean Note” smartphone.

As per some leaked images of the HTC Ocean Note, it would be a quite a large device, with its display measuring nearly 6 inches diagonally. The leaked images also show pill-shaped fingerprint reader and capacitive buttons on the bottom of the device’s frontside.

The device’s single rear-facing photo snapper comes with quite the hump. It also appears to have a downward-facing speaker, USB Type-C, and a textured power button.

The large screen of the HTC Ocean Note, which is also called HTC U Ultra, will offer a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It would make it one of the largest smartphones, sporting a 489ppi pixel density, launched in the recent times.

Other striking features of the upcoming device include a Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. The manufacturer is expected to announce the eagerly-awaited device with the next few days.
