ConanCon Returns to San Diego for a Third Year

Conan

ConanCon is back, which fans of Conan O’Brien know means that he will be hosting his late-night talk show in San Diego for four days. He will be stationed at Speckles Theater on Broadway from July 19th through July 22nd to tape his TBS show. This will be his third year taping his show at that location, all so that he can be at San Diego Comic-Con International (SDCC).

From his location at the historic theater, O’Brien is able to bring in a host of popular celebrities who are also in town for SDCC. In previous years he has brought in the casts of Hunger Games, Game of Thrones, and Suicide Squad. There is no word yet on which celebrity guests will be mingling with O’Brien in Speckles Theater, but they are sure to be as high-profile as his guests from 2015 and 2016.

Fans who want to be there for the tapings of the show can request free tickets through the Team Coco website if they have badges to Comic-Con, though there is a limited number available. SDCC attendees can register to be put on a waiting list for several of the ConanCon tapings. There will be one on each of the days that O’Brien is in San Diego. Fans must be at least 16 years old to attend the tapings. Those who are chosen to receive tickets will be sent an email letting them know.

For fans who are not selected to receive tickets, there is still a chance to get into the tapings. There will be some standby tickets available the same days as the tapings that will be given out if there are any empty seats in the theater. Interested fans should go to the Team Coco Ticket Space at 8 a.m. on the day of their preferred taping. Information on getting those standby tickets will be given there.
